About:
Mr. Burnside was admitted to practice law in Texas in November 2005. He joined The Bale Law Firm, PLLC in October 2008. His practice includes commercial litigation, defense of personal injury and wrongful death cases involving maritime personnel and appellate practice.
Mr. Burnside was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies in May 2002. He then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston and earned his Juris Doctorate in May 2005.
Mr. Burnside has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and all courts of the State of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers’ Association and the Houston Mariners Club.
