About:
Mr. Anderson grew up in College Station, Texas. He began his college education at Harding University and ultimately received a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1997. Mr. Anderson received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2002.
Mr. Anderson began his legal career with a Houston, Texas law firm where he handled mass tort, products’ liability and general insurance defense matters. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Anderson’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with particular emphasis in the fields of admiralty and maritime law, collisions, personal injury defense, commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Anderson’s practice covers the full scope of pre-trial, trial and post-trial litigation undertakings. Furthermore, Mr. Anderson has gained first and second chair trial experience.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Anderson is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston and Fort Bend County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Maritime Law Association of the United States and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
