Mr. Peel was born in Corpus Christi, Texas.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest Texas State University in 1999.  He then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2003.

Since graduating law school, Mr. Peel’s law practice has emphasized litigation.  Before joining The Bale Law Firm in 2008, Mr. Peel served as national coordinating counsel for a Pennsylvania-based company defending mass toxic tort claims across the country.  In addition, he has experience defending and prosecuting claims involving real estate and real property matters.

Mr. Peel is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and all courts of the State of Texas.  In 2006 and 2007, Texas Monthly magazine named Mr. Peel as a Super Lawyer-Rising Star.  In 2009, H Texas magazine honored Mr. Peel as one of Houston’s “Top Professionals on the Fast Track”.   Mr. Peel is a current member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, Houston Mariners Club and the Defense Research Institute.
